21 - Mobile Terms of Service
The Dental Fresh mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dental Fresh (“Dental Fresh”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Dental Fresh’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dental Fresh through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dental Fresh. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18555573471 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Dental Fresh mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We aim to get your order out quickly and keep you informed from checkout to delivery.
1) Processing time (before shipping)
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, unexpected carrier delays), processing may take longer.
- Processing time is separate from shipping time (transit time begins after your package is picked up by the carrier).
2) Shipping methods and delivery estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout (availability may vary by location):
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 Days Iin transit
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary due to carrier operations, weather, or service disruptions.
3) Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order total.
- Free shipping: Free standard shipping over $30
- Flat-rate shipping: $10 - Standard
4) Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your package leaves our facility.
5) Address accuracy and changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
- If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- We cannot guarantee address changes once an order enters processing.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after confirming the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Cancellations

We start processing orders quickly so we can get them to you fast.
- Cancellation window: You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not entered processing or shipped.
- After the window or once processing starts: We may not be able to cancel the order. If it ships, you can follow our Returns Policy after delivery.
- How to cancel: Contact our Customer Care team with your order number as soon as possible.
- If we can cancel: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- If we cannot cancel: We will let you know right away and help you with next steps
Returns

We do not require physical returns. If something is not right with your order, we will work with you to make it right through store credit or, in limited situations, a refund.
2) No physical returns
For safety and product integrity, we do not accept mailed-back returns. Please do not send products back to us.

- If you are unhappy with a product, we can typically offer store credit as a one-time courtesy.
Refunds (exception-based)
Refunds are reserved for specific situations:
- Carrier-confirmed loss (the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier)
- Verified damage (damage is confirmed with reasonable documentation)
- Clearly valid subscription charge errors (for example, an incorrect or duplicate subscription charge)
All other situations are typically resolved with store credit.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item(s)
Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include store credit or refund depending on the situation.
Missing or lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The tracking information and delivery details
If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we will provide a resolution based on the situation.
Subscription orders and cancellations
If you meant to cancel a subscription but were charged, contact us as soon as possible. If the charge is a clearly valid subscription billing error, we will correct it. Otherwise, we may offer store credit as the primary resolution.
